Salary - Scale SO1, NJC points 39-41, £26,470-28,221
Full time, 52 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint a full time Examinations & Admissions Officer to replace the current post holder, who is relocating out of the area.

They will manage and administer the smooth running of all public, mock and 11+ examinations, as well as looking after our Year 7 to 11 admissions. They will also line manage our Senior Invigilator and the team of ad-hoc Invigilators.

The successful candidate will be happy to work alone, use their initiative and manage their own time. However, they will also work closely with teaching and support staff, as well as having direct contact with both students and parents, so strong communication skills and diplomacy are very important.

Previous experience in one or both areas would be beneficial, although training can be provided for the right candidate, but advanced excel and data management skills are a must.
